The £10 off rent offer is redeemable conditional to the signing of a tenancy agreement with a property let by York Student Lets (excluding advertisement only properties), the sum will be paid within 6 weeks of the start of the tenancy. This includes clearing time for any cheques.
The offer does not apply to properties only marketed by York Student Lets, as the poroperty has been let by a private landlord and is not affiliated in any way with York Student Lets letting services.
The offer is limited to one per customer, only one voucher can be redeemed per property .
This offer expires on 01/03/2010, it applies only to tenancy agreements signed on or before this date.
York Student Lets reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time.
It is the customers responsibility to enquire whether a property is eligible for the discount or not.
